To give a stable fixation with the stem inside.<\/li>\n<li>2. To manage the fixation in a osteoporotic bone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The patient was treated with a long Trochanteric plate and he is able to walk now with support and in future should be able to walk without support. The pre-operative &amp; Post-operative x-rays are shown.
